Who Are We
Me You and Them is a registered charity based in Dungannon providing services to promote positive mental health.
The charity was founded in January 2020 and has already become a leader of services in the local area.
We are here to add social value to our community and to support individuals and families impacted by ill mental health.
How can we help?
Me You and Them provides a befriending service online. You can self-refer or an organisation can make a referral.

OUR MISSION
Me You and Them is a trailblazing grass roots charity that improves the lives of people across Dungannon and South Tyrone.
We dig out the root causes of hardship such as poverty, by providing a food bank, fuel, supplying essentials household items and toys for children at Christmas.
We offer a cocktail of peer-to-peer and professional support to equip people with the skills to improve and independently sustain mental fitness.
Mission Statement
Our Mission Statement at Me You and Them- bringing understanding to young people and family members by promoting positive mental health and to improve the emotional wellbeing of people residing in the area. We will aim to alleviate distress in the area of benefit through the development of positive support systems and networks within the community by providing education, training, and services to reduce financial hardship to provide support around mental health issues.
